Gah... Day #6, and 10 out of 11. Wednesday off... then 6 more.

It's a grind, for sure... but when I take those days off in the spring/summer and go fishing, it will all be worth it.

Was shared with the wife.

But then I had more at home, so probably 5 in my belly by now.

Repeat dinner: pork chop, collard greens, and cornbread.

Daughter has a double ear infection/head cold... Had to go in for a breathing treatment and she's gotta use an inhaler again for awhile... Apparently it's something we're gonna have to get used to...until she's older, She's not likely going to ever be able get over a simple cold without some kinda medical intervention...

Got rear ended on way to work this morning...could see the young gal in rear view mirror staring at her phone for blocks...in heavy urban traffic....barely looking up occasionally. I honked once and tapped brake pedal a few times just to illuminate the lights to try to wake her up. As I approached stopped traffic, I could see her looking down...I got right up to bumper of car in front before I stopped, but I still got bumped. At least she was embarrassed and a little contrite when we pulled over...I wasn't very nice, but she had hit my trailer hitch and I didnt have damage....hers was a scratch, but nothing worth reporting.
Geez.... young people and their phones....

Young girl rear ended you in your trailer hitch?

This a complaint or a brag?

I can't stand that. Yesterday, the light turns green and I can see them in front of me on their phone. I have to blare the horn for them to lift their eyes from their phone.

I thought to myself, maybe it's an emergency. But, if it was an emergency they wouldn't have texted and most likely would have called them.

Glad to hear you didn't have damage.

My boys class has an average of 3 kids absent every day this year... with the super bloom we got going this year, I think a lot of it has to be really bad allergies that leads into sinus infections and ear infections and stuff... I've been fortunate enough to avoid most of it this year, but not the rest of the family...

The PSAs say texting & driving is as dangerous as drunk driving. What total BS.

If that was true, why are the punishments not the same?

Alright. Errands completed, steak cooking (sous vide), and I even got 2 boxes of RASCC that I ordered 5 days ago and totally forgot about.

Gonna try to relax a bit this evening.

Passing gas, looking at colleges that accept an act score of 5.

Eye half pull ten chill.

Especially if I were to go to John A Gupton College in Nashville.

25% of people scoring a 1 get in.

Perfect for a real go getter like me.

Another day at the micromanaging circus. No fewer than 3 bosses double checking my chit at any given time. If only I'd learned to do my job sometime in the last 5yrs
