^I have a Marlin 1894 lever action in .44 mag. Fun to plink with, but I have no idea what else it's good for. The most useless rifle I've ever bought was a Marlin Camp Carbine in 9mm. That thing is a joke. I have no idea what I was thinking.

I have one in .41 magnum it a great shooter.

Some people complain about the tubular magazine loading that Henry uses. I actually prefer that system. I have an 1873 Winchester lever gun and a Colt Lightening in .45, both modern copies that use a receiver loading gate that is frankly a PITA. There is one downside to the tubular magazine. After fully loading the magazine tube if you lose your grip on the magazine plunger before you get it latched, the spring will launch it right out of the rifle. d'oh!

That Marlin Camp Carbine has considerable collector value if you decide ever decide to let it go. 9m carbines are popular blinkers and there are some carbine matches that encourage their light recoil use.

The .44 mag is said to be a good deer cartridge.

Take a look at the Palmetto State Armory PSA AK-V 9MM pistol. It's sold out right now, but they relaunched it with several improvements and eventually be in stock.

I'm not done watching it yet but that whole video is about all the problems and malfunctions with it. I see there is a follow up video. I'll watch that too but from what I've seen there would be no reason to stray from CZ.

I've got my eye on an official Red Ryder carbine action, 200-shot, range model air rifle with a compass in the stock and this thing that tells time.

I'm a big fan of the pistol brace. I have two AR pistols that are great handling firearms. To get the same performance and handling in a rifle you would need to make it an SBR (short barreled rifle), pay a $200 tax and wait for the ATF to approve your request. Worse, if you want to move it across a state line, you need permission from the ATF, a deal killer for me since my local range is just across a state line.
