well, I've been in the company of RMAN, had the pleasure of hosting him and others at my home for the last MAHole Herf, and Rick is a fine gentleman.

It's good by me...but you are still the boss.

I binged GoT after my knee replacement... Wasn't much else to do... I stuck with it tho... It doesn't hurt my liver much that it's the final season but I'm curious enough to watch it.. basically trying to guess who'll die first... Mellow

Another couch nap.

Voicemail on the phone asking for help at work. Gave it brief consideration but that's as far as I went with that. Probably should've gone in since I pretty much slept all day, and could use some more OT, but I'm really feeling like keeping on doing nothing.

Booked two camping trips.

Damn near every site is booked every weekend through June. Normally I try to go Sunday to Thursday to avoid the crowds, but kid's in school now so gotta deal with weekenders.

Had to take a site 3 hours south. Nothing available closer. Site I took is sketchy too. Gonna be a tight fit with my camper, and it's on a pretty steep incline so I'll have to remember to bring a bunch of 2x12's. I keep four lengths in the camper, and four more under the toolbox in my truck bed. But I've had a site along this road before and ended up bridging the 2x12's over some firewood to get the camper level. Tongue completely on the ground, and the rear bumper on the camper at my eye level...

Tomorrow I spose I gotta dewinterize the camper. Gotta jack it up and pull wheels to lube the axles too. Been 2-3 years since I've done that but should probably do it every trip...

This 500 title been sticking in my head. Just the intro line to the song, and then I forget the words. Keep singing it to myself. Just like last time.

as for the title of this 500...

on second thought, RMAN differentiated the two threads with "careful" inclusions of capital letters...and he mashed up "make up"...so...technically they're different....right?

Firewood guy's schedule does not mesh with mine. He works 9p-9a, so he gets home well after I go to bed, and isn't awake yet when I have a bit of time before work.

Gotta pickup after work this weekend around 9am, which means I gotta tow the trailer to work with me at night. Which means I'll probably get a ticket while I'm at work. They've given me tickets before when I've taken a trailer to work. I park at the very outskirts of the lot when I do, but depending on the day every space may be needed and then I get a $10 parking ticket.

Shouldn't be an issue on Saturday. The parking garage opens to staff on the weekends, so the lots are usually less crowded.

Mornin' dudes... my morning, anyway.

I'm done with OT for a bit. I was able to stash away some time off for the summer, so that was a plus. After tonight, I got 3 days off.

and this...

I doubt there's really any confusion...Victor was just having fun.
you won the naming rights. People can see how many pages. No one is really confused, but if they are, we pay taxes for remedial reading in Public School, they shoulda gone there...though I'm sure the nuns gave you the same loving attention to detail.

Got a nice, prestigious promotion at work today (read: no money added, except a much deeper bonus pool for 2020). Having a quiet little celebration on my own - Mrs Monkey and eldest twin working, younger son off with soon-to-be fiancé. Padrón 26 and Balvenie 16.

I had no expectations that we would get a result. We need to be focused on the league and a top 4 finish.

And thanks Frank and 8!
