There's no promotions. They tried a couple years ago to get me to go into management which I briefly considered but declined. Not worth it.

Well damn, Ok now you need to write Twitter and let them Retards know that one can be a retard without being disabled or having a disability. A person's mental capacity can be hindered possibly due to say a lack of education, being raised in a poor environment, poor nurturing as a child etc. Then again, you would just be trying to educate a bunch of retards.
