What would've happened if Obama ordered Hillary to defy the House of Representatives and refuse to testify at their numerous investigations?

prolly this...an impeachment proceeding would've been started in the GOP-led House, accusing Obama of obstruction of justice and abuse of power, and the GOP-led Senate would've found him guilty and thrown him out of office...

I mean... If you constantly tweet that you're busy beating your wife, and wear a t-shirt that says "ask me about how much I love beating my wife".... That seems like a reasonable question to ask.

Impeachment is a specific Constitutional authority for the Congress to exercise in the face of a POTUS who is obstructing justice on a number of fronts, abusing his power and clearly in contempt of Congress. It's time they put their pants on and exercise their check and balance authority....despite the possibility the Senate won't convict...

An impeachment proceeding is a legitimate exercise of Congressional authority. Given historical precedent in previous impeachment investigations, Presidential challenges have resulted in favorable court rulings for the House in their attempts to obtain documents and compel testimony. This is the simplest and most efficient manner to deal with all of the issues being investigated by the House, and will result in many of the facts of Trump's illicit business dealings to be exposed, combining all of the obstruction of justice charges, abuse of power allegations and contempt of Congress accusations.

The evidence revealed could be substantial. Trump's determined battle to keep his tax returns, Deutsche Bank records and private accounting records hidden from the public seems to indicate they contain some sketchy and harmful truths about our POTUS. If that is the case, then perhaps the Senate would convict Trump. Time is of the essence.
