But you don’t get the point CL. I don’t give a chit if you graduated from kindergarten. We’re all just hanging out sharin chit with each other, and that’s all that matters.

Bone in pork loin roast.

1 12 oz can chipotle peppers
1 16 oz can crushed pineapple
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon black bean paste
1 tablespoon liquid smoke

Cooked all day on low in the crockpot

Cook 4 corn tortillas in lard (cast iron pan) while drinking chilled $2.99 bottle of gewürztraminer then add some hot sauce on top of meat. Regret not getting off early enough to grab cilantro and red onions (to pickle).

Trying to figure it out for tonight. My obsession for meatloaf has become prevalent. May do that again with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans.

For lunch.. Chilli cheese dog with sauted onions and taters.

Depends on the size of your meat loaf pan you could take a block cheddar and put in the center of it .

used to make that for my kids 25-30 years ago...mix and flatten about 3 lbs ground beef and 1 lb ground pork sausage into a 9" x 12" layer , add on top of the meat a layer of shredded mozarella and layer of sliced baby bellas ...roll and shape into a loaf, put strips of bacon and a splash of ketchup and bbq sauce on top and bake.........really good...

Nice big tossed salad with a home made red wine vinegarette. Chicken breasts off the grill a good stone ground mustard on them. A pink lady apple.

2018, Il Poggione rose, Brunello, Italy.

Been to Jamaica twice and loved the jerk food there. Yah Mon!
Had a difficult time replicating it at home.

I'll see if I can find Bandia locally - thanks
