Speak to the hand Please pull over before commenting! I don't want to cause any accidents.

I mean what vehicle do you usually drive of course. And what do you have your eyes on for next year, after graduation, when you retire?

I'll start. I drive a 2000 S-10 pickup, 4x4, extended cab.
I just got hired working construction.
I plan to drive the same thing for another year then get a small to mid size Toyota or Nissan pickup;

Some time in the next few months I want to get a BMW or Acura sedan in the $5-7500 range so I don't have to drive around with tools all the time. And so I can be a baller smoking counterfeit Rocky Patels in the hood.

Just upgraded my 2002 Wrangler to a 2016 Wrangler Unlimited. Needed the 4 doors to haul the kids around with all their sports gear.

Was going to wait for the Gladiator but couldn’t justify the price tag so I’ll wait until the the girls are driving in 5 years and maybe pass the unlimited on to them and get a used Gladiator.

Rusty 07 Chevy hd pickup.

I'd like a newer one with less rust and 8ft bed. But with time it too would get rusty. Dream would be a Denali 3500 crew cab long bed 4x4 dually.

My dad was in a 100+ car pile up here many years ago while driving a geo metro... The mark on the windshield where his head made impact (he was belted) was just an inch or so away from the mark the bumper of the truck in front of him made when the nose of the geo went under the truck... Pops is pretty overweight but had to shimmy out the passenger window...

2011 kia optima... Only has 60k miles or so... It's our only car but the wife works in town so the mileage is low...

Wife is ready for a second car... Probably go with another kia...

With the recalls we've had on the optima (none of them actually affected our car) they've added I think a total of 15 years to the full car warranty, life time warranty on the engine...

Not planning to ever get rid of it... Wife can drive whatever new car we get... She wants a mini van...

Wife surprised heck out of me and went from Mustang GT convertible to a 2015 Toyota RAV4 a few years ago. She still misses the GT sometimes, but is incredibly happy with the RAV4.....though I have no idea why.....nor do I much care....just happy that one's paid off, too.

My ex used to start car shopping before one was paid off....for over 25 years, we always had one payment, usually two.....I really hated that.

To each his own, but I'm loving every minute of driving the '65 Vette Stingray. And I'm expecting to sell it many years from now for more than I paid for it. Just part of the investment portfolio but you can't drive a stock or bond.

2009 Mazdaspeed3... bought it for a fun somewhat fuel efficient (with the turbo, flooring it just eats up gas, but it's fun) and economical commuter car when I was still working...kept it because it's still a joy to drive.... and versatile, with fold down back seats and a hatchback, it's roomy enough to haul my bicycle, with the front wheel off, and fishing gear....and I hate car payments...

prolly keep it for several more years until something major breaks...not sure what I'll replace it with, but I do like the versatility and performance of the Audi Sportsback, which is a little bigger and much more refined than the Mazda but just as versatile...

Indeed, the 65 Corvetts were nice cars. I've got a buddy that restored a 1993 Split window Corvette. You wouldn't believe what he has been offered for that car. He parks it next to his 1957 Chevrolet Nomad, also completely restored.

The last carbonated engine I had was a 1980 Corvette high performance that I replaced with a 1993 40th Anniversary Corvette. Electronic fuel injection, carbon fiber springs and electronic braking/traction controls were a giant leap from the 1980. I cornered like it had glue on the tires, ran smooth and rode like a luxury car.

My wife liked the Corvette, but drove her 1995 Camaro Z28 6 speed manual until 2016 when she bought a Chevy Traverse. Quite a difference, but she prefers getting in and out of the Traverse over the Camaro.

DED: the motor that you see in my avatar is from my 1965 Corvette Coupe. It came with a L79 ( which I still have ), but since I drive it like I stole it, I hand built a 350 for the car. It was dynod at 435 hp. Many of the 427 Vette’s have seen my taillights in the 1/4 mile. That’s my fun car.

My daily driver Is a 2015 Caddy CTS AWD.

06 Avalon with 150K highway miles that I inherited from my FIL estate back in 08. I have no reason to replace it until it costs a lot to fix. Rust free, fast, comfortable big car. That said I sold my Miata and I am giving some thought to finding a "year around" convertible to replace the Avalon and Miata, I am thinking Mustang.

Thinking of doing something similar with my engine. The car is all #s matching and has several rare factory options that together make it desirable to collectors.

Bought wifey a new ride last year,2018 Toyota Highlander. She digs it......and has always loved my Tacoma.

I got a 2018 RAM 1500 EcoDiesel (not quite paid)

Wife likes SUV's so I am thinking when she's ready the GLC300.

I have a boat (paid), so I need the truck. When I sell the boat... maybe an Audi S4?

2000 Chevy Silverado 2500. I personally hope it lasts till I die. I just pulled my last 16' utility trailer load down here from Jersey. 80 miles per hour all the way even on the mountain inclines without missing a beat. In my older years, I've learned to be content with what I have.

Yeah, fug dat!
I’ve bought exactly one new car in my life, and I still own it.....bought for da wife.....2003 Forester, our go skiing vehicle. It has been solid.....gas mileage not awesome but decent, and Subarus eat tires quicker than most cars, but it’s great in snow, rain, slush and the dirt roads around here.

Nice find! My Father had a 1953 Buick Roadmaster it was a great car, though it didn't have power steering. It did have a large diameter steering wheel to give the driver more leverage. My sister learned to drive in the Buick and hated turning it around in my Father's driveway.

Not worried about going faster as this thing scoots plenty. The NCRS rep that helped me evaluate the car before I bought it said everything about the car looked completely stock from new and could score very high in judging in the "survivor" category if I ever wanted to submit it for judging. That kind of NCRS certification is worth many thousands in resale value.

However, you can't replace a 54 year old original engine if you blow it up.

Drove an ‘04 Rave for 12 years. Was actually a company car but had to turn it in in December 2016. Like yours, it just won’t die so it’s actually still being used for company purposes.

Hadda get my own vehicle so found and bought a 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L with Navigation. Drove it off the lot on Christmas Eve 2016 with 4,690 miles on it. Yup, not a typo. Wifey has a Honda 2017 HR-V EX-L. We don’t see getting anything in the foreseeable future and don’t really have a dream car in mind.
