Want to part with a couple? I don't know that I have anything you'd need, but I'd be willing to work a deal. BigGrin

OK, I've searched, scratched my skull...I have an R2D2 robot, 2 V8's parked in the driveway, some WD-40 in the garage. WTH is a CQ2?

#16 Thank you, kind sir. Interesting, but my days of chasing unicorn cigars is over. The stress, the cost...still, interesting to see and hear what is going on in the industry.

#17 Nope, I was out of the loop and I'm pretty sure I qualify as an old-timer here.

#11-15 Always nice to hear from charter Platinumbskull members. Thanks, guys. :P~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I never experienced a CQ2, but I did experience CQB a few times, and I do not recommend it, it's nasty even if you win.

(USNGunner will get this one, even if the rest of you don't!)

Do you guys think we could get away with a thread that lists Shpo exclusives only? Like the shpo near me has the Tatuaje HCS and a My Father PepinMania? Since they'd never be for sale here do you think Trish and co would let that happen? With a thread like that more people would've known about the CQ1 and Little Boris... Just a thought.

#20 Yup. Delish, thank you. Some of those Fuentes are so tough to get, which I understand to be the point with some cigars.
#21 Wait a minute, I think I saw the Hall Monitor sash around here somewhere. :P)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I like most of Pete's offerings that I have tried but don't chase his special releases any more. There are to many good cigars available for less.

I rather spend the savings on craft beer and whisky.

That, plus Pete's had more special releases than the planet has Baldwin brothers, Kardashians, and Wayans combined. He's not alone, but damn, some times I feel like a horse getting whipped during a race, and wanting to stop, look back and say, "really, dude?"

CQB = "Close-Quarters Battle". Combat when really, really close to your adversary, often contact distance (arm's length). It's as brutal as it sounds.

Tremendous respect for you and anyone else who’s encountered that. Got some friends who’ve been through some hairy chit. Hat’s off to all of you.
