Back to work.

And it's raining again. Still. Had two dry days and the standing water in the yard was almost down, only a few puddles in the low spots, but still mostly impassable due to soft mud. Supposed to get rain every day this week too.

Yeah. It was a long, difficult weekend, but we got it done and had fun. Thanks for asking!

Actually had a beer today. Four hours of work emails, two walks, one beer.

The well shaded deck took the scorch out of the 84 degrees. Mid 80s, on and off showers and storms all week long. I'll take that. I want to Frying pan some of the people here in GB bicthing about the humidity. The humidity will go away in early September and not be back until end of next June.

Taking the heat and humidity and like it!

Get your fishy, Shawnski.

Congratulations Ram, good luck MACS!

I've almost got my wood fired oven done. Thunderstorms are seriously messing my weeks up.

But, they drop the temp so i't's the front porch for cigars, bourbon and beer.

Today was a Perez Carrillo courtesy of CelticBomber, some Russell's Reserve Single Barrel, and some Roque Batsquach Hazy IPA.

Looks to be another good day. Very Dry here now with several rain predictions failing to produce any measurable rain and future forecasts looking pretty dry thru the 4th.

No sleep for T. Kody was taken from his mom Saturday afternoon and has been really timid saturday and sunday.... until 4 this morning. He's a wild man. He slipped his collar at 4 this morning when I took him out to pee. He'd been so mellow I skipped the harness. The little effer is fast.... at least compared to a 52 year old fat man wearing nothing but boxers chasing him through the neighborhood. He had great fun. Me.... not so much. At least I was quick enough to dodge ahabs harpoons. Glad there is no video to my knowledge.
