Not too shabby. Enjoy, preferably with a good cigar and beverage.

Glad ya'll enjoy. I used to think not many acts were making decent music any more. Then I got ill, had time on my hands....turns out there is a TON of good music still being made.

Good music is being made every day. Sum 41 came back on the scene when I was in high school. Very good "pop-punk" band.

They were my faves along with New Found Glory in the early 2000's.

Easy enough. There was a flood of the pop/punk groups in the early 2000's. Skip certain radio stations for a couple years and you miss it. Always loved The Offspring myself though it could be argued they weren't in the same wave since they got popular about 10yrs prior

Yeah offspring had their time in the late 90s and then fell off hard.

Yeah, the biggest albums were mid to late 90s, but they actually had several more hits that got quite a bit of radio play through 2007 with their last studio release in 2012. I always liked the humor that went into it along with melody, beat, etc.
Also, Dexter's a genius. That's not fanboy talk. He's got a phd in microbiology and has published academic work

I think Fall Out Boy was the biggest band during that time. Mid 2005-2008 ish.

I wasn't trying to say they were biggest, just continuing to generate a decent audience

Particularly pleased with 'Out for Blood', which is making its way around the local rock stations.

Dismissed them when I first heard them and decided that one Blink 182 was already way too many. Don't recall them reminding me of Offspring in the least. Maybe I should give a second listen.
