I’ve not been in the Mideast, the ones I interact with daily live here. Most are citizens. I think the elected officials are as well. I don’t like their politics but I don’t think they should have more or less access based on their religion. That something that won’t age well.

My best friends dad hated blacks because they stank. That was based on his years in the navy. The blacks I know don’t stink but I’m sure some do, and I’m sure some he knew did. His extrapolation was unfortunate. He was a good man. Just wrong. But you could never tell him.

My guess is the Minnesota and Michigan reps don’t stink. I don’t know though.

They are duly elected Representatives. Israel had already said they could cone. A tweet and a few calls changed that. Don’t hide behind Israel. They had already said yes.

I hate their politics, and do not defend them, but if you are comfortable with this you are part of the problem. Even when we differ we are Americans and support each other. This is hardly America first.

Disgraceful but not new or surprising.

Myopic? I was just offering it as counter to another viewpoint saying the opposite. I have no doubt there are Muslims that hate all Jews or Christians. However I think it’s overstated.

I also think these Reps are likely more like the Muslims I know than the smelly beasts described in here.

That same pitiful excuse can be used regarding muslims.

Both dumb religions have their lines about killing all the people who aren't them...
Both adherents of the dumb religions like to say that the people of their religion who want to kill everyone else "aren't real [insert religion]".....

That's sort of an empty sentiment from my standpoint.... for either of the dumb religions.

Opel I get what you are saying. Maybe I should have said self professed Christians. But I have a hard tim telling someone that thinks they are a Christian that they really are not.

That said I know several people in here and in my personal life (close family) that identify as Christians that hate all Muslims. They are not hard to identify.
