How about sticking with the way it is, set up by the original poster.

How about sitting back and minding your business (once again) , unless your name is Stinger.

If you don't see any takes/puts listed.. That means I have not completed yet. I figured for someone to hate noops so much, you would at least be able to read. Even the playing field a little.

Takes:

Viaje TNT
Tatuaje TAA 14
Tatuaje Verite
Tatuaje T110
Ashton VSG

Puts:
Warped Corto
MF Le Bijou
A Fuente Don Carlos
Foundation Wise Man El Gรผegรผense
Padron Anniversary 1964

Stinger, did you add an Ashton VSG?? I don't remember taking it out of stash and it wasn't listed on the original list. Somehow I ended up with one in the humi, so I assumed it was from this pass or another one I have done somewhere else. Anyways, IF that one was apart of this pass, that will also be a keep. Will be replacing with a Padron 64.

This pass is our business. And that is definitely not a fair exchange. I think you noops need to do some google research on these cigars you are taking and what is considered elitist. Sorry Dave if I over step my boundaries, it is your pass, but this was my fear with the noops. Not bashing them, just they are still way green.

Bee,

The proposed takes/puts are pretty lopsided.

Warped Corto ..... sub $10 cigar
MF maybe $10
Don Carlos sub $10
Foundation maybe $10

Tat T110:::very rare cigar, probably not many around anymore, definitely not for sale at your local B&M
Tat TAA 2014:::limited production, wonโ€™t find any for sale
Tat Verite 2013::: limited production, might find a couple out there.
Viaje TNT 2010:::: only 3750 made that year. Have been rereleased but this is an OR.

The Padron 64 and the Ashton are relatively close.

So, either have another go at takes/ puts or do the PAM vs Ashton switchroo and enjoy the one I sent along too.

I have cleared out my messages if you want to bounce a few things around to me.

All good. I am not an expert on all cigars so it is nice having backup. And I agree whole-heartedly. All the participants have a say...ultimately, I will give the thumbs up or thumbs down but I do want people to voice their concerns. Publicly (if done constructively) or private.

David,

Ok. I have plenty, just throwing some out there at first.

Revise:

Padron 64
A Fuente Flor Fina Rosado 858
A Fuente Reserve Extra Viejo (Anejo 888)
A Fuente Don Carlos Eye of the Shark
Davidoff Late Hour

Ok, here goes.

PAM vs Ashton ....good to go.
I would say the Davidoff(donโ€™t know much about the cigar but the price point) could cut it for the Tat Verite.
If the 888 is from 2014/15 then that could work for the Viaje.

The T110 and the 2014 TAA are out of the league of the others.

Input from the peanut gallery is appreciated.

I would err to the side of overkill when looking to take/put. This pass should have you looking at those special cigars that you have and figuring out which ones you might want some other BOTL to enjoy ( because they would never be able to find one on their own at a B&M). Rule of thumb, if you can buy them at your local or order them from a big online company, they probably donโ€™t belong in this pass.

Eye of shark is a limited one. They are available in some cases, but are limited in stock.

I do have Viaje Ghost Pepper, which is rare and hard to find... If you find them at all right now. Maybe that could work for one of them.

I don't mind putting the two Tatuaje back either and going with what we have so far. I was more interested in just the Ashton and Viaje but tried to choose 5, to make it worth the pass.

I'm content with the other ones, if that works.

I am comfortable with the Tats going back in. Pretty sure there a couple folks on here hoping they will make it to them.

ClintCigar, after seeing the takes and puts, are you able to meet the requirements? I know you are new on here and I am not sure what your stockpile capabilities are. If you canโ€™t hang, no problem. Just donโ€™t want cigarlady to send to you if you canโ€™t meet the box pass expectations.

15 on the 888. But think I want to hang on to that one.

We can do the Ashton and Viaje.

Ashton for Padron 64
AF Opus X LC for Tat Vert
Davidoff for Viaje

I have a Camacho Liberty 2012 Throwback that should work for the Tat TAA 14 too.

Yes that will definitely work if you approve. The Opus actually has a higher msrp than that Tat.

(Not always about the MSRP) scarcity, aged, etc. play a factor too.
