The SLR DC are fantastic with some age, but good luck finding any. Have really not been impressed with the box of serie A I'd gotten some time ago, age hasn't helped them that much.

I once bought a box of Regios that were already several years old, and even when they were 10 years old they still tasted like ammonia after the first inch.
