Trumpenfurher really really wanted it to be in danger.
So... this all started innocently enough... trump wanted alabama to look out for that big bad hurricane. He loves alabama and doesn't want it to get hurt:

Well... the national weather service, in what I can only assume was an attempt to not have people in alabama panic from suddenly being in the path of a hurricane.... had to have the misfortune of contradicting el presidente.

This statement is obviously in response to some reporting.... on his tweet.... which you see in full above. there is no "some 'hurt'"....

In this, the president of the united states, I sh#t you not, holds up a map with a black sharpie drawing a circle around alabama to extend the hurricane radius of influence.
.... the president of the united states.... couldn't find a better way to fake a hurricane impact diagram on a piece of paper.... That's really what's so embarrassing about this.... that could have been done professionally at kinkos or something for 10$.
Then, around 5:30 pm, the trumpenfurher gets a bit more sophisticated. He tweets this map:

Now.... you'd think this is real. I mean, it's a map... at the bottom it says "sfwmd.gov" and it shows a lot of lines of "possible paths".... a couple of which go into alabama.
But hang on.... one of them goes off the map completely... that's odd.
And.... do they even follow the dots/data points at all? or are they randomly drawn on there?
Ohh..... I see.... I suppose I shouldn't have wished for better photoshop capabilities from the president. Yeah... no....

You can see, all they did was draw more lines on it... and ignored the actual dots which are supposed to direct how the lines are drawn.
So the president has now, to try to provide evidence that he was correct, falsified data he's presented to the US people twice in as many days.
And he still won't let it drop!

He's doubled down... tripled down... quadrupled down... quintupled down... faked hurricane path maps TWICE... BADLY!!!.... all because he cannot just say "sorry, my bad".

Took me two minutes of googling to find an ACTUAL early prediction model map from 27Aug19 of dorian's path.

In this map, there are two potential paths into Alabama, and one into the coast of Louisiana.
does this mean trump saw this map back on the 27th? Maybe? I don't necessarily believe he did.... nor do I believe he can remember what he had for breakfast, let alone a map from a week ago.
But what it does mean is that the incompetent people running his administration could have pulled that exact same map I found up and pointed to it.... rather than amateurishly faking two others. How can the administration surrounding the president of the united states be this disgustingly incompetent?
