Speaking of cruel gym classes though....
Last night made us do an ass ton of tuck-jumps... jump up in the air and tuck your knees up. Or... by the end of the class sort of hop and hope your knees bend at least a little before you fall the 2 inches you managed to make it off the ground.....

I had made the mistake of bingeing on some trail mix snack at the office all day... so before we even started that part of the workout I was about to puke from the "warm up burpees"..... I have no idea how I managed not to paint the floor.....

You sure about the 6'1"?

I was a shade over 6' 2". The fuzzy photo suggests a less than 6'1" measurement.

Well I haven't bothered checking my height in years .. last I heard I was between 6'1" and 6'2".... I figured I probably lost a half inch since then.

I don't think I've had my height officially measured since high school.... Or do drs do that too?

Maybe I need to break out the tape measure at work.

Yep, they do. I've slipped to 6'1 & 1/2.

Your overall structure shrinks, while your ears and nose continue to grow.

For some reason, my granddaughter has decided my name is no longer "Grump-pah".
She now calls me "Ah-Bah". Think

Maybe she has realized that I'm really not that grumpy.
Who knows how 2 year olds think.

As to height, I was 6'2" once upon a time, now I'm just under 6'. Aging and back problems will shrink you- but not width wise. If you measure your height early in the morning, your height may be as much as an inch more than in the evening.

I heard the morning -evening inch loss works for TW's light switch too, or was it evening - morning ?
Is that where the expression "double or nothing" comes from ?

Yeah.... I've noticed that. back damage didn't help I'm sure.

I'm glad the nose and ears keep growing, they're my best feature.
