I can still go fishing. Charter boats aplenty around here. Need to get back in the gym, as well.

I'm flattered... but I'd prefer the charter boat. Lemme know what dates are available for that Cape St Martin trip and we'll try to do one before the season ends.

Wednesday's and Sundays... Light load on Wednesday... I can do any Sunday... Gotta wait for my folks to get back from wandering the globe on retirement for a Wednesday trip... They're my sitters...

Did parent teacher conferences yesterday and the day before... The boy is top of his class and sweet as can be... Remembered that his teachers favorite flower was sunflowers... When his grandma asked what he wanted as a reward for being top of his class he asked her to get a bouquet of sunflowers to give to his teacher...

My daughter is also doing great... She's more proud of how many friends she had than her academic achievements but she does well in both...

I'm a proud dad... Finished chapter 3 of Charlottes web with them tonight... Still no spider...

Alrighty then... Give me a week or two to figure out some work stuff... probably end of October. I usually work Sundays, but I got some time to burn.

Good morning, gentlemen.
Awakened at 4am by one VERY loud cricket and could not get back to sleep.
Laid down two new glue traps and as of 5 minutes ago there are 4 new victims . . . but NOT the loud one. That fugger is still chirping away. His time will come ! Sneaky

We've had .27 inches of rain since September 1st. Amazed the entire mid-Atlantic region hasn't gone up in flames.

Hang in there Tony.

Can't tell what it's going to do here today. Cold and looks like rain. Time will tell.

It was drafters turn in the barrel and he fought it and stuff. He knows it only makes it worse but did it anyway. I think he likes it rough.

few weeks ago X 'won' the 500 --- he used a name similar to previous ....added 'another' or 'more' or something....and he got razzed for it a little....the discussion stirred up some unpleasant memories for Al....something about cottage cheese...frank used his newish authority to approve and then the thread changed names a half dozen times in the first week....all in all, it was a bit of a cluster.....

So...are you up to the pressure of not just winning....but of christening a new one?

Walking out of the dispensary carrying my big, white, obviously-contains-marijuana bag when a rather attractive young lady smiles and comments that I need a man purse to carry that....

I of course replied with a light laugh and a rather heavy rolling of my bum ankle that sends me nearly tumbling to the pavement...

still got it!

First crack at smoking some chuck roast. Smoked it at 250 for 3 hours with a good dry rub. Just got it to 160 and foiled it with some beef broth. Gonna do that until it hits 205, then rest it for 2 hours.

Frost Indica, gorilla glue (I think), and something from Soma Rosa Farms... $20/8th, high quality outdoor... And a gram of hash... After taxes and a platinum membership type discount, not quite $81...
