Jumped on my bike to go down the street and fetch the mail yesterday. Along with the junk ads and almost daily AARP notices was a key to the package boxes. I was not expecting a package and this one was so heavy and large I had to put it on the bike frame and walk it back home.

Seems Frankie T just got a wild hair to bushwhack me (for no known reason) with a very nice assortment of his local brews. I guess he had time to get this packed up and shipped while waiting for the surgery and now can set back and watch the carnage unfold during his convalescence.

Widowmaker Brewing Braintree MA, There's No Wrong Way Peanut Butter Stout (quart)
Black Hog Brewing Oxford CT, Coffee Milk Stout
Berkshire Brewing South Deerfield MA, Russian Imperial Stout
Jacks Abby Brewing Framingham MA, Copper Legend Octoberfest
Evil Twin Brewing Stratford CT, Saigon Scooter Selfie Vietnamese Style Coffee Stout
Night Shift Brewing Everett MA, Holy Jane Blond Ale w/Night Shift Coffee
Stoneface Brewing Newington NH, Stoneface Porter

As you can see I have been dry-gulched good and hard but I won't be dry for some time to come with these exotic treats from the far away east. Thanks Frank, you obviously know I'm a stout fan. I will enjoy each I'm sure.

Wow. Those sound amazing. Especially the Saigon Scooter, I love that coffee. I love stouts too, but who knew they could doctor them up like that! LOL.

was just gonna lurk a little today while fasting, and that box wasn't due til tomorrow...

DED has been giving away stuff for longer than I've been here, I even got hit two or three times for losing The Masters contest!
a few other things added in and it is less random than it appears.

I forget what I wrote but I've only had a few of those brews myself, kind of just went to a beer store and said fill er up wif some cans of regionally made stuff, so I won't be offended if you feel some are not worthy. the widowmaker peanut butter stout was purchased at the brewery tap room 5 miles from home, I took a wee sample and bought one for me as well.

hope many are worth another purchase.

enjoy.

post surgery pain is mostly gone, now it's figuring out how to do stuff with one arm that won't bend very far due to the cast/bulk bandaging.
there are many with bigger problems.

Do exactly as advised, keep it immobile when possible, and give it your all in physical therapy when you get to that.
The vigilance and sacrifice you make now will be well worth it in the future...

It’s going to take some vigilance and sacrifice on my part to drink all these beers.
