Oh dear. I haven't gone and done research for someone I have no respect for... such a tragedy.

Please, tell me again why I care about you and your thoughts?

It's not research....it's putting your money where your mout....ummm, where you usually put your pal's pecker....your still a lying sack of chit.....as you can see, I have nothing but no respect for you either....not really a tragedy the way I look at it...

Victor. Has the Vet tested for Addisons disease? We almost lost our Cane Corso, they thought it was her kidneys, but one of them decided to run a test and it ended up Addisons. Just thinking out loud.

Yeah.... calling someone gay, calling them a piece of "chit" and demanding they pull up a thread you could just as easily pull up is exactly how to get people to do what you want.

You should write a book on how to achieve greatness through influencing people.

.... wow... what a... super intelligent person you are....

So the dog is still kicking.

The MIL showed up, it was barely able to stand... was sleeping all day... it's body temperature was very low... and most importantly it wouldn't touch any of it's food.

She decided it needed some congee...

And it ate it.

In fact, it has been eating congee 3 times a day for weeks now. It's put weight back on, some of the values they measure for kidney disease are still high, but lower than they were a month ago....

More importantly, the vet is now thinking it could keep going another 6-12 mo.

Good thing i didn't go home and kill it back when rman told me to.

How much space am I taking up in your head, for you to bring this up after the time that's passed...I should probably be paying rent, but I won't....unless you wanna come get it.....is Monday ok with you?

Yeah we got him tested for addisons... it was ruled out.

The major crash really seemed to be the food. After 16 years of home-cooked food he really didn't have any interest in the canned kidney diet. (oddly enough he also didn't have any interest in a home cooked diet the nutritionist at the vet hospital developed for him).... if you don't eat for enough days all sorts of bad things start happening to your system.

I call you those things, because you are...not trying to get you to do what I want....with all your big talk about facts being substantiated, I just thought you should substantiate your statement, but alas, you can't. ..why?...because you aremember a lying sack of chit....wow, what a super moronic douche you are!!

.... I get it man.... you're brain doesn't work too well.... a month seems like forever to have remembered something... It explains why you don't do well with intellectual conversations.

I'll try to make sure to only reference things that happen in the past 30 min so you can keep up from now on, would that make you feel better?

... ya know... they say that dogs forget an event within 2 minutes of it occurring. You should feel proud, you've got them beat by at least 28 minutes.

Oh... we're talking about your memory. I understand... with your slow reading and there being multiple sentences, you probably forgot the topic by the time we got to the end....

you thought I should substantiate my statement?

Wow. And what you thought means... what to me now? And how is "you just thought I should" different than "trying to get me to do what you want"?

You can't even justify your demands properly....

Hah.... that's unlikely.

But given that the woman only wants to adopt senior hospice dogs these days, it's a processes which will occur over and over again at our household.

" bestiality" = an innocent and uplifting looking word, starting with "best"...

"congeniality" = a nasty, dour looking word, starting with "congeni"...

both end with "iality'...but the first one doesn't live up to its promise by a wide margin; while the second one is a pleasant surprise...

etymology is fascinating sometimes...when you're bored...

Can of "Hunter" from 18th st brewery in Gary IN. A fantastic stout worthy of much wider distribution but they're a tiny operation. Decent food, second locally for brewery food only to 3Floyds who has a much bigger budget for stuff like that, I've been impressed by what 18th st does since day 1.

Wife and I went there a couple months after they first opened, rode the motorcycle through Gary and the clutch cable snapped. We were not in an acceptable risk area of the city, so waiting for a tow/ride was not an option. She and I ran alongside the bike while I held the starter in first gear. Once running we jumped on and got to the brewery without stopping since that wasn't an option with a broken clutch cable. While at the brewery I made several phone calls trying to find a buddy willing to come out with a trailer to get us home but nobody was available. So we repeated the process and rode back home without the option of stopping. Was an interesting night.

We had a similar experience when Shoreline Brewery opened in Michigan City. Went out there on the motorcycle, late October so it was a miserable ride to start. We got about 2 miles from the brewery and my shift lever broke. Got to the brewery, had dinner and drinks. Made a few calls, nobody able to come. Put the bike in 4th gear with my leatherman and slipped the chit outta the clutch to make the ride home.

I guess what I'm saying is 18th St Hunter stout is fantastic, and if you're ever in the area you should do whatever it takes to try it. Even if it means blowing a few red lights on your motorcycle.

Though, with local distribution now, you don't have to venture into Gary to get some, so you could stay in a Hotel in Schererville and stop by the beer store and get a 4 pack in cans and not have the adventure.

But, this comment here says more about you than any of the other stuff.

I'm impressed (once again) with your attitude (and sense of personal responsibility for your life.)

A good friend comes over when you call.

A really good friend brings a shovel, bag of lime, and asks no questions.

There once was a time that I got into it with another guy on a forum and we agreed to meet and duke it out. They (several people showed up to see this) may still be arguing as to who won. We got along fine afterward.
