Jerry’s Bones and Daniel snotty’s teams will NEVER be any good as long as they are in the picture!

I don’t even like either team but dam leave em alone and let em coach/play!!

Simple solution. Have them stand on the sideline during a practice or a game. "Accidentally" block a player right into them.

Seriously, yeah. Paul Allen hired a duo that he trusted to run the Seahawks, then let them do their thing without micromanaging. 10 years of coach Pete Carroll and GM Schneider, I say he followed the old adage...surround yourself with greatness. Trust yourself to hire the right people, then trust them to do their job. Provide the necessary support. If it doesn't work, hire better people

Then again, that micromanagement thing and not listening to anyone with a contrary opinion seems to work REALLY well in the White House....
