He probably liked Lanceros and found you to be an embarrassment and gave up.

Busa was mine. Heh I had such a newb collection of cigars at the time I dropped a Case of Bourbon, Scotch, Vodka, etc and 1 C4 OR on his doorstep. He lived not far from me at the time. Anyone have his new mailing addy? I'd like to surprise him and say Hi!

Like Frankie Tri-pod, I never had a vet.

When I first came to the CBid forums, I saw how the Vets manhandled the noobs and at the time I didn't have the inventory to retaliate. I know it was not required or expected to return fire on that same level, but I just didn't feel right not being able to do it.

I tried, Stephen, believe me I tried, but the best I could do was find his name with a "Sr" after it. I thought it might have been his Dad , so I called the number and left a message. Never got a reply.
The forum certainly is not the same without him.

Didn't have one. Society's dependence on social media hierarchical bull**** is laughable.

Do have some great friends like Slim, SteveS and MACS though.

MACS hasn't been the same since he had the second set of teef pulled.

OK after gerbils edit that looks random but I still like it.

Bdrizzle was my vet...I might still have one or two cigars from his welcome wagon bomb...he's busy raising his family and chasing his lovely wife around...I should send him some single malt Islay scotch...

That's a shame. I looked at his profile to see when he was last active. Last active was in 2017 and he's STILL the 2nd most prolific poster on the forums! That's a LOT of "HEHE'S"!

I don't even know what that is. Should I be flattered or offended? Or both?

I really didn't have a vet, either... but my first trade was with DMV and my first meet & greet was with echo4alpha and xibbumbero.

zody sent me a reminder today: 3 Viaje Candy Cane Edicion Limitada 2016 and 3 Viaje Holiday Blend 2015...6 amazing cigars...

Although he still can't count to 5 (like most CBid botl) he has contributed so much here at Cbid, without any coaching, advice or guidance from me, that I am freeing him from the label of "noob."

He never was a noob anyway...

HarleyDave. A quick search says he hasn't posted here since 2012. But he was my vet a long, long time ago.

In a galaxy far, far away.

Sent me some great cigars like a Cuban Partagas and a Nat Sherman.
