Oxygen is good for a hangover, but Midol is too.

No Tylenol with alcohol. Bad combo.

Heard that wrong, back in the day. Thought Tylenol was the right thing to match with the drinks. Ten years of the absolute bad decision making on top of bad decisions three days a week back then.

Must have recovered...... permanent damage? Wonder what's in worse condition? My liver or my brain? Anxious

What's there to adjust to? It's an hour.

I know...but somehow I've gotten programmed to wake up/get up at 0815., which is now 0715. It wouldn't be a problem but I had also dialed in 0100 as time to go to sleep. For some reason, I still can't sleep until 0100, so I'm getting an hour less sleep...need at least 7 hours of sleep to fully charge...

Went to in laws for dinner. Father in law's birthday. Brought pizza n beer.

Forgot my inhaler, and they've got cats. On top of my cold, it got pretty bad. By the time I got home felt like I could not get any air in or out of my lungs. Couple puffs on the inhaler and I'm good.

Time for more beer n videogames. Work called for help tonight. I said hell no.

Dunno if it's leftover allergy from being around the cats yesterday, or a bit of a hangover, or my cold came back with a vengeance but I woke up feeling like carp today. Can't breathe through my nose, ears plugged up, coughing.

Good times.

It's "upper respiratory infection" danm. For the last 10 years any time I see my doctor for anything that is the diagnosis. Anything that is not a broken bone is URI.

Yup.

But superimposed on feeling reasonably well yesterday and being off work finally after a chit week, drank a lot more beers than I should have. Stumbled to bed around midnight and woke up feeling worse than a few days ago.

It'll pass. Guzzled a couple big glasses of water, making a cup of tea now.

Mowed the leaves out back, even knocked out most of the wooded lot. Took two hours and froze my ass off. 30F this morning. Thought I'd just do a quick pass in the yard so just wore a light jacket but got carried away.

Cranked up the garage heater and doubled down with the kerosene burner, got it 75 degrees in here trying to warm up. Keep the house at 65 and the basement usually sits around 60 so the garage is the only place I can cook myself.
