Hit ya good didn't it? BigGrin

I don't like being lied to. Do you?
You apparently like lying to others. Given that you're so willing to justify your lies as "trolling" what else have you lied about? Should we call you cadet bonespurs? Hell, are you even male?

My effort was minimal to be able to show what sort of person you were.

what's the phrase people here are fond of...? Don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining?

The difference is I get what Gunner is saying.I'm not sure we agree 100% on what I'm about to say but we're close.

Any politician willing to put a (D) by his name in this political environment will never receive my vote nor my $$.A politician that puts an (R) an (I) or any other () by his name has no guarantee of my support but these guys all have a chance at my $$ and my vote. They must be a conservative first and foremost followed by a laundry list I go down. This explains why no democrat has my vote.

Zell Miller was the last dem that would've ever received my vote.He was among the most honorable of men to have ever served in the House and the last honorable democrat period. He showed his disdain for where the democrat party was headed many times over.Men of this caliber are far and few between.

Does Trump fit all my agenda? No but he fills some of the most important ones on my list although short of being a true conservative.Any liberal that stood by Slick Willey and is calling out Trump on moral grounds is a hypocrite plain and simple.

My perfect Presidential candidate is a conservative,Christian, libertarian who puts the Military and their families first.

Vince am I even in the same ballpark?

So you also care only about the letter by the name.
If you will only vote for a "R" or "I" and never for a "D" then the party they belong to trumps (haha) every other decision you make about their actual policies and politics.

You go with your bad self... it isn't like I would ever expect you to vote for a candidate I like... but you should at least admit that party comes before all else in your decision making.

You really are an educated idiot if that's what you gathered from my comments.I clearly stated I would vote for any candidate that held my beliefs and values.I also pointed out quite clearly of my respect for Zell Miller.

I suppose you have to ask yourself this, why would any candidate fitting my description join todays democrat party?WHY???Now that being said if one does and he goes to battle with the scumsucking bottom feeders wearing (D)'s by their names today....He gets my vote and my $$$$.

Now Vic you may eat me like a pool table...…...balls and all Big Boy

So now you're changing your statement.

(First, I should not have said "care only about..." I should have said "The most critical ...."

Your first statement was that you would never vote for someone with a "D". Never clearly means regardless of their positions on anything.

You are now saying that if they are able to be a Dem and still match your requirements would get your vote.

Do you understand how these are two very different statements?

Yeah Ron, we're tracking.

What these types don't get is intellectual honesty. They're blithering ideologues, and are projecting their warped biases onto the conservatives. It's how they operate. Goebbels invented that. That's why I usually stay out of these forums. But I saw you posted so I got curious. 1

The days of the Blue Dog democrat is long gone. And my opinion is going to sit unless there is actually a democrat on the national level with a sense of integrity. But I think that is a disqualification for that bunch. Frying pan

Vic you're the liar quite obviously...….I never said " Your first statement was that you would never vote for someone with a "D" ". I said "Any politician willing to put a (D) by his name in this political environment will never receive my vote nor my $$."Obviously if the environment were to change or a candidate willing to fight the current status quo he/she would have my support.

But you just continue to troll your bullsh*t through here with yo superior self

Now go choke on a giant choade

I'm glad that Americans can put their party politics aside when it comes to interpersonal, social, business and community interactions...explains how people are married and remain so, despite belonging to opposite parties (like my wife and me).

Given the hardened lines being taken today, how much longer before we put politics above all else and refuse to shake hands, have a drink and a smoke and call it a day among fellow Americans?

for my wife to join us at our next gathering, it'll have to be someplace other than Las Vegas -- she does not enjoy going there... if you and your wife ever travel to California, hope you have some time to visit with us...we have a spare bedroom so you can save on hotel costs

my wife gave up on my hard head... she refuses to engage and argue, just like she refuses to hear my thoughts on politics...

but I am still open to truth and fact finding...and will consider other points of view, especially if fact-based...

btw, I read that report you cited re: orders to stand down after the first attack on Benghazi...didn't find that in the report...

see my last post in the thread for actual results:
