I took a muscle relaxer. Guaranteed to make you sleep like a baby.

Unisom is a close second.

Medically I wonder, which is better for you?

- Naturally sleeping 5 hours a night.
- Getting 8-11 medicated hours of sleep.

Yeah... the chops are delicious. My rub is awesome on pork shoulders, and it was good on the chops, but I liked the salt/pepper/garlic one better.

Very tender, pretty moist. I think 145 would have been perfect.

It's not an opiate. Not controlled substance. It just works.

My doctor prescribes them for my lower back. My current scrip was filled March 27th and I have 8 left out of 30.

Don't really know. Depends on if you're rested and restored when you wake.

Half a bottle of whiskey will put you down for the night, but it's disruptive to sleep cycles so it doesn't really count for sleep.

I get em for my neck. Leftover issues from my motorcycle wreck sometimes it tenses up and I can't move my head for a week.

Filled my 30 piece bottle in February, still got 10 or so left.

Not so much on the Rested & Restored categories. You don't seem to need sleep. Your body must think it's normal to sleep at odd times and durations. In a sleep deprived state, mistakes are more likely to happen. In your work, it can be deadly.

Big seven hours last night. I'll happily take every one of them. Groggier than normal.

Wish I wouldn't have had the nightmare, the result was me punching myself in the balls.

Here we go Fri-day, here we go (clap clap).

Morning y'all, wife and I found out some interesting news last night. One of our close friends became a mom of a 6 year old last night. An old friend of hers (that we don't know) ran away to Georgia about a month ago with her 6yo daughter to live in a crack house, she fell into her old ways and called our friend, she flew out right away and the mom signed over custody to our friend Trina, the father is not on the birth certificate, but she knows who the father is at least. Trina can't home last night with a kid, she says it's gonna be a major change as she is single with no kids of her own but it's best for the kid so she isn't living in a drug house. The girl came with nothing so we are doing what we can to share our 6yo sons toys, and we are gonna give her a good Christmas since it sounds like she has not had a good Christmas yet. This girl hasn't been in school at all yet either so we are getting her signed up I'm the same school as our son and my wife will help out with what she can as she is an educator herself. Have a great day y'all!

Wow! Major props to your friend, Cheno. And on a judgmental note, the mother is a piece of chit whose only redeeming quality is she recognizes she won't stop being a piece of chit

Totally agree, we suggested she talks to a lawyer so nothing comes back to bite her for taking the kids from Georgia to Illinois even though she had signed custody just to be safe. I know my son is happy that he will have a new friend to play with and come over all the time.
