Hope the doc finds nothing up your ass other than your head.

Alternating between Muccinex to get the snot out, and Alka-Seltzer to dry it up.

Quite the new hobby.

While doing my last clean out, I actually felt a lot better once I got emptied out. MACs may need a couple of more liters tho.

Hey Shawn. When the doc tells you it's normal to get a stiffy, make sure he is talking about you and not him.

Two more dad jokes.

1. I refused to believe my son was fired from his job as a road worker for theft. But when I got home, all the signs were there...

2. Guy learns he has less than one day to live. Goes home and makes love to the wife. Again and again. Finally the wife says., "enough already, I have to get some sleep". Husband says, "but, but...". She replies "you don't have to get up in the morning".

Second one is better IMO. Have a good one.

Enjoying my sausage biscuit, hashbrowns, and large coke on the back patio in the rocking chair...

Puppies are being wild... Once they've run themselves out I'm thinking about doing some trout fishing... There's a stocked river not 30 minutes from me and I need to start taking advantage of that more...

Some idiot at work screwed up the damn W-2s for me this year. So now I'm figuring out how to file a W-2c so we can correct the damn thing and not give the IRS more money than than I should.
Damn that idiot.

Not where I want yet still trying to lose about 10 more pounds trying to get back to 180 and see how I feel then. Pigged out last weekend so that did not help.

Salami and peppered Turkey hoagie... Back in the rocking chair on the patio... Too hot in the sun, had to drag it to the shade...

Never made it fishing but got some stuff done...

I was just thinking about dietary stuff and wondering why some old guys can eat a full diner breakfast with a slice of pie every morning and never go over 150 lbs... And other folks - like my pops - have to stay on a weight watchers diet to stay under 180...

I feel cheated... just as I was starting to feel woozy from the drugs... I woke up and the feeling was gone. She pumped a syringe full of something into the IV and just as she was about to pump another one in, I was like... you probably won't need--- *snore*

She didn't find my head or my dignity up there.

She found 2 polyps and removed them. She didn't seem concerned, so neither am I. She said for men it's a 50/50 proposition on whether you'll have some or not. I do have to go back in 5 years, though... d'oh!

Right? And there I thought my regular practice with intoxication at the time would provide some tolerance to anesthesia

It's the best sleep ever. Wish they'd let you sleep an extra 4 or 5 hours.

Right, that's the physical activity tracking. The website/app has a database with about every food known to man in it and it tracks calories, fat, carbs, protein, water intake, all that stuff on a daily basis. And it's free. I put my meals in everyday and it really helps to visualize and quantify what you're actually eating.

I hit a plateau I could not get through at 200. Come to find out I was actually not eating enough to replace what I was burning working out. Once I got that sorted out the weight loss started back up. Got down to 190 finally.

Anyway, it's worth a look. IMHO. BigGrin
