I have to get one every three years b/c I am in a high risk group.
On a lighter subject, 52/65 today. Going about 3-4 hours north tomorrow to see my son who is at FSU in Tallahassee. Weather is supposed to be a high of just 50-54 with rain. That is potentially down jacket weather here in Florida.

I suppose you sleep plenty, but wake up with quite the pain in the chest.

Friday it is. Need to get through this day and then go back to bed for the weekend.

Been up at 5 for the last 30-40 years. When you go out for a 5 mile run in the desert it helps to beat the sun.

Happy Friday to you worker types.

Truth is my old 5-10 mile runs have morphed into 5-7 mile walks since meniscus surgery on the knee. Now I'm fat too.

Gotta meeting this morning with the boys principal...

They're unhappy with how many days he's missed... With my daughter having been in icu before, i play it a little safe with the both of them.... If they feel sick they get to stay home...

He's the number 1 student in his class academically, just got 100% on a math exam they aren't supposed to be able to pass yet (without studying), he's got friends, he loves to laugh, plays well with others...

But if his butt isn't in that chair they don't get paid or something i guess...

Glad I'm not the only one eyeballing the scale... I think I gained 5lbs since Hannukah.... lot's and lot's of Yuengling and cigars. My throat and belt are complaining. Time to lay off all grains and flour. Bye bread, oh how I'll miss ye. It's ridiculous, how much weight melts off you after a few weeks of no flour.

Yeah, I've put on a few pounds since the holidays. Between my father being in town, eating too much, then holiday parties and travel for a month.... exercise was few and far between.

Creeping closer to 230 every day.

I'd have to lose 15 to get to 230... 215, 220 is a really good weight for me. Haven't seen that since my 30's though. I blame the kids. It's hard to lose the baby weight.

I need to swim more. I only swim once a week right now, and HIIT 3 or 4 times a week. But 30 min of burpees and pushups clearly isn't helping keep the weight off. Need to add a couple more days of swimming.

In my teens I was 185 and trained literally 5-8 miles a day in the pool. In my 20s I was 195 and mostly just did sh#t like climbing chains hanging from the ceiling, kettlebells and that sort of crap.... 30's I hit 215 and barely hung on with biking 25+ miles a day, and rugby.... In my 40s I'm trying to get back to swimming. Weight keeps adding every year though

Drafter.

Color is only skin deep.

How could that possibly impact the taste of that delicious veal-like muscle?

Got 3 prime ribeyes in the sous vide.

Chopped: Onion, 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 orange bell pepper, garlic, and mushrooms. I'm gonna stir fry that and either drop it on top of a seared steak... or chop the steaks after searing and mix it up in the stir fry.

Glass of keto friendly whiskey on the side. HA!
