60/78 today. Going to the NHRA drags with my brothers. We ran an old '55 Chevy in local races many years ago and had fun until the money ran out.

Gonna hit 71 again today... But the shape of the back of the house and the direction it faces causes a "super-heating" effect... The patio will be close to 80 by noon...

not sure anyone'd want it.

I will pass either way, LMAO!

On another note, if nothing changes our plans, I will likely get to visit with Anth this fall. He ands family are really enjoying St. Augustine.

What's wrong with the solution that involves ignoring, not topping, and letting them settle to the bottom?

When it's like 4 of them that's no prob. Looks like they created 2 usernames today and spammed with enough threads to take up the entire first page

I mean.... I doubt they even check it. They don't have a physical address listed so I'm guessing they're not even a US based company. Who knows if they even deliver those cheap cigars to people who purchase them

77 degrees and sunny... how come it can't be like this every day??

No 80's or 90's or 100's... no 40's or 50's or 60's... Just 75-79 and sunny.

Two eggs over medium, feta cheese encased in a toasted sun dried tomato bagel. Hash browns & a couple coffees.
Now I'd like to go back to sleep.

Good Saturday morning...

Local reservoir should be packed due to great fishing, except that it's raining... Thinking real hard about toughing it out for a few hours...

Do it. Immerse yourself in the elements.

Ah, I love the smell of burning rubber and nitromethane fumes in the morning. Friday was fun.

Saturday ......... raining here also. It's 62 now so I'm going to tough it out for a nice soggy 4-5 mile walk anyway. Could hit the gym but I absolutely hate treadmills.

Treadmills are boring. I will use them out of necessity, but I jog outside as much as possible.

Morning y'all. Gonna be a boring kind of morning. Wife has a 3 hour glucose pregnancy test today. She wanted company while she waits for 3 hours. It would be nice if they had comfortable chairs at least.

Been a rough couple nights but someone was cutting onions in the room with me this morning.

Been taking care of a former coworker who suffered multiple cardiac arrests and exhaustive resuscitation. 99% of the time these cases do not end well. But everything, every minute of downtime, every step of the process it was all perfectly executed for optimal chance at that 1%. I have never seen a more perfectly executed effort in the same circumstances. Even in ideal conditions, this one is in the top 10. This is jackpot level luck.

This morning before I left, they were able to reliably nod yes/no and move all 4 extremities to verbal command. Still a very long road ahead, but we cleared a major hurdle. There will be more obstacles to come, but the big "if" has passed. There are several more big ones tho...

I'm overjoyed this morning. Small step and may be getting too excited considering the big picture, but so far they're still a player for that 1%.
