Going to be working from starting either tomorrow or Thursday. At least they are letting me take home my monitors and docking station. Otherwise, it would be horrible.

Hospital decided to start testing.

Shocking, we have a few.

That is good to hear. I think they are finally starting to get out there. The initial rhetoric was simply nonsense.

Not sure the CDC position on this, but since I was using hand sanitized anyway, I decided to do my Johnson for a few minutes also.

Like The Big One which will shake California to its knees and make LA an island. Been hearing that for 40 years. Still nothing.

Funny how weather can trump all of the other crap that happens there, but for some- it does.

Wife is the business manager of a skilled nursing home. She works off a laptop even when in the office and sometimes even from home. So, she's already fully set up to work from home. Just cannot figure out why they haven't ordered same yet...

We're both waiting on NFA items we've bought. Notoriously long wait times for approvals on a form 4. Form 1 (manufacture) is about a month, but form 4 transfers are 6-12 month wait.

Dug out some brats from the freezer. Got a pot of onions and peppers cooking in butter on the stove.

Gonna light the grill in a bit.

I need a new grill or at least a new grate. The center 8" circle of the grate has rusted/melted off. I use a cast iron griddle plate when making burgers and I think it traps too much heat underneath. Upper grill grate is still intact, so I been cooking on that.

I’m up. Shower and coffee next.

Would be nice to have a more comfortable work from home set up, but at least I can.

Decided to start growing my hair out and a shot at a beard. It’s coming in awfully grey.

HHD fellas. Dan still isn't quite right. I grew chocolate peppers one year and they were not hot, slightly sweet and just a touch of chocolate in taste.

Today is:

National Awkward Moments Day - and we have a couple of topics where one should be careful.
National Sloppy Joe Day - Drafter take notice
National Biodeisel Day - Dan should look into this
National Supreme Sacrifice Day - Think long and hard before committing or commingling.

Day 3 working from home. FIL has fallen again. No injuries this time thank God. Wife is in a constant state of freakout (understandably) and has started text feuds with her brother and aunt. Not sure how much I'm going to get done workwise since it is apparently required that I be given blow by blow updates on said feuds
