A manager of a Maryland cigar store was arrested in a murder-for-hire plot where he is alleged to have tried to hire a hitman to murder a rival cigar shop owner.

Last week, police in Maryland arrested Anoop Aggarwal, 22, of Waldorf, on multiple felony charges including solicitation to kill and murder. Multiple sources have told halfwheel that the target of the plot was the owner of Tinderbox of Waldorf, something that has now been confirmed

What bugs me about the whole thing is that it's small potatoes. Just some single shop owner bullying another shop. He could have just renovated or something. There are a lot of shops that suck.
