Curious if anyone thinks that such a purchase makes sense?
Same place I got my recreational Viagra years ago previous to realizing I really don't need such stuff except for the occasional rare marathon sessions. But their stuff was good and cheap
Hydroxychloroquine can have side effects (Q-T prolongation, arrhythmias, etc.) Azithromycin can have side effects too. There's a reason these drugs are prescription-only. A qualified doctor needs to decide if they're safe and appropriate for you to use.
Availability to doctors is not currently forseen to be a problem no matter what happens (they're patent-free, easy to make and can be cranked out at massively huge scale easily and very quickly by many different manufacturers if need be), and doctors already have the power to prescribe them to you "off-label" for COVID-19 right this minute, if they deem it necessary and appropriate.
If you get COVID-19, your doctor will take care of it (assuming they're safe for you, in particular, to use).
Even I wouldn't worry about it, and I tend to worry too much in general.
