Two hours?! How much make up does she need?!

She lost the use of her left arm in a car accident when she was 15, so things take a little longer for her than most...

to answer your question, none... She's amazing as is...

Psh... I'm freaking adorable. Like a fat round teddy bear.

And for the record, she was very bothered by the tornado warning. Just never lived in a flyover state before and had zero idea what one was supposed to do in the case of that warning.

Come to think of it.... why would she need life insurance if I’m on the roof keeping her safe?
You obviously don’t get it.

Successful experiments in the warehouse today.... got a HV wire wet, loaded it up with some dust and hooked it to a corona wire.

By a couple rounds of that we had the outside of the HV wire burning. Very cool. Starting to zero in on some of our technical difficulties. Now we just need a solution

was the corona wire from China?

Hoosierland's shutting down after tomorrow, but power plant workers get to defy travel restrictions.. I'd argue, but it feels like bad career move to claim I'm nonessential

Not in CA, that I know of... because you can buy booze in grocery stores! Beer, wine, liquor... but the selection is no bueno on beer and booze.

Crazy Tuesday here - 5" of snow on the ground just below freezing and on the way up to 47 this afternoon. Mrs. Tony gets to go pick up our neighbor across the street this morning from the rehabilitation facility she has been at as the result of a bad fall. Need to go on a shopping trip - stores have geezer hours early in the AM. All I really need is milk and salad fixin's , but I plan on picking up some other stuff too. I should have gotten a haircut before they closed the barber shops and salons. I'm going to end up looking like a mountain man. The good thing is I can get a cigar or 2 or 3 in today.

Yep. Wife is not running the mobile Wuhan swab tests at the hospital. They have a drive thru going. Pull up, get a swab shoved into your brain, move along. Today's the first day, I'm waiting on news of how that's going. Think

I interrupt the COVID-19 pandemic to bring you this lil tidbit...
Last night I went to the ShopRite to buy just a bag of food for my dogs.
Already in line, a woman behind me asked me if I had a dog.
I stare at her (those who know me will imagine my gaze ) ...but then why would I be buying dog food...right?
So on impulse I told her no, that I didn’t have a dog, that I was starting the dog food diet again, and that I probably shouldn't because I ended up in the hospital the last time, but 15 pounds less!
I told her that it was the perfect diet and that all you had to do is carry the kibbles in your pocket and eat one or two every time you feel hungry (I have to mention that practically everyone in line was interested in my story).
Frightened, the woman asks me if I ended up in the hospital because the dog food had poisoned me.
I answered...of course not!
I was admitted because I bent down to smell the butt of a bulldog and I was hit by a truck
I thought the man behind her was going to have a heart attack...he was laughing so hard! d'oh!

...Let’s continue Laughing We need to laugh more! Have a GREAT DAY

True.
That's why I'm heading to Iowa tomorrow. Want to make sure I share the wealth.

They're not on lockdown up there yet.

Yessir... afternoon Ram, rfenst, dudes...

Stayed up late, slept in late, to prepare for the night shift tomorrow. I've got 7 weeks of night shift to do. Likely have to be on days the last week so I can check out, turn in my uniforms, gear, badge, ID, etc.
