So with the new regulations on cigar purchases, per (Section 22963 of the Business and Professions Code) CI requires we submit a pic of our ID (Drivers Lic). They have had my credit card on file for years, now they need another piece of ID before I purchase more cigars. Hmmmm, that truly opens up another lever of ID Theft in my eyes, with two pieces of ID on me in their system, if it gets compromised. I know CA is out to screw cigar smokers, but my identity is a lot more valuable. I'm having serious thoughts on if I can stay a customer, and it hurts cause I've been here a long time.

Any valid input? I know what's coming, move out of CA, lol. I would if I wasn't licensed in the state and have a successful business. Sarcasm horse Brick wall Brick wall Brick wall

Cigar bid has to comply with California law. Give them ID and buy cigars or don’t and buy elsewhere. I agree it sucks but kinda is what it is

Oh wait, they have no rates. Those taxes DO NOT EVEN EXIST in Florida!

Their gun laws are hugely superior to Commiefornia's too:
