You're not working Drafter. You don't need to drink Listerine during the day anymore. You can just drink beer. :)

Just don't use Chineese ball bearings. Their tolerance is usually bad.

ram27bat FOURTH DAY OF NO LIST OUTRAGE! ram27bat

I have mentioned multiple times that I am not here to acquire any free cigars. I still feel guilt about the few bombs that were sent to me. And I am not ready to trade with anyone. I do not have the kind of stock that anyone would appreciate, except for Puddin, and he’s not dumb enough to get involved. When I am ready, I will make it known. Somebody please read this to Palama, as I know he can’t read. And poke him in the forehead a few times to make sure he understands. I know sometimes he has difficulty…

With that being said, I will relent and release my list, and only because it is specified in the rules: "No one can refuse or pass a gifted turn"

Here goes -

Crowned Heads Jericho Hill
My Father Le Bijou 1922
Stolen Throne Crook of the Crown
Tatuaje Havana VI Verocu
____

And maybe now Palama can stop crying.
But I doubt it…

This is an interesting piece in Scientific American. It is written by Jeremy Samuel Faust, M.D., M.S., M.A., FACEP,
who practices emergency medicine at Brigham & Women's Hospital, and is an instructor at Harvard Medical SchooL.

It’s an opinion piece (thus I’m internet warrioring) but it lines up pretty closely with my understanding on how flu deaths are estimated. It doesn’t address the covid undercounts as directly as I would but if you put 2 and 2 together.

Keep in mind he’s not really saying the virus is 9.5 to 44 times more deadly than the flu. He’s saying that’s the case if you counted them the same. The flu number everyone throws out is a statistical estimate because the real number is ....wait for it..... undercounted for many reasons. The covid number is an actual count that is also undercounted for. various reasons.

It’s a good read. Take it for what it is. It’s part of the problem when folks start throwing around data they don’t understand.

https://blogs.scientificamerican.com/observations/comparing-covid-19-deaths-to-flu-deaths-is-like-comparing-apples-to-oranges/

One excerpt for those too lazy (like me half the time) to go to the link and read the whole thing.

To do this, we have to compare counted deaths to counted deaths, not counted deaths to wildly inflated statistical estimates. If we compare, for instance, the number of people who died in the United States from COVID-19 in the second full week of April to the number of people who died from influenza during the worst week of the past seven flu seasons (as reported to the CDC), we find that the novel coronavirus killed between 9.5 and 44 times more people than seasonal flu. In other words, the coronavirus is not anything like the flu: It is much, much worse.

Edit - Remember that’s during the shutdown/social distancing the flu seasons never see. It’s a drastic difference even if it hasn’t hit you or yours. I have a friend/peer currently in the hospital for it as of Monday.

He starts with he’s not seen flu deaths in his time in the ER but has definitely seen covid deaths. It’s a different critter.

The key question he asks practitioners...how many patients have they witnessed dying from the flu? Most say they have never seen a single one...

Flu deaths are based on CDC algorithms, assumptions and models and are not actual counted deaths as are COVID19. Using the COVID19 actual counting method would result in flu death totals about 1/6 (one sixth) of the CDC estimates...

I dunno..... I watched it several times.... full context not partial... it was effed up. You really can't blame the media for it, it is on him. I also have considered the admins changing explanations of it trying to spin it..... um no...... adding context of past "cures" he was pimping.... um no.

It was dumb and didn't belong on that stage. He simply needed to stay silent on the topic. And yes some people are really maliable. Some will try stupid things based on things like this. Others will justify things like this.

talk about syndromes...... i'm sure it was "perfect" as it always is and everyone is just misinterpreting it and taking it out of context. give me a break.

Show me where I said it was perfect.
In fact, I stated clearly that he shouldn't have said it.
But you don't care about facts, because you're a fraud.

And nobody misinterpreted it per se. They purposely twisted it. Which is lying. Blatantly. I believe I did say this. Sorry if you got confused.

State opinions all you want. But when you cloak your lies as facts you're just a joke.
