CB had his water ice, I think the rest of the world calls it lemon(or other fruit) ice. Maybe he's afraid of being too fruity.

Granddaughters came over just before lunch time and stayed for a bit. By the time they left it was close to 3 (...9 p.m. EST...) so did some yard work while there was still time before dinner. By the time we were done and the dishes washed, it was 1:30 a.m. EST. Figured you guys were done by then.

Wish I could have come, but we didn't finish eating until late and wife told me to "come to bed."

Even when you’re wrong.

It was nice of Drafter to come in late with the deadpan comedy and his soothing baritone pipes. It was easier to get to bed with him than just Stephen being focused on my bologna.

He always reminds me of a cross between Private Pyle and Karl Childers.

Heavy rains predicted for today. Probably a good excuse to not do yard work. Will pop in for a few minutes after doing some other stuff.

Holly Holmes v Irena Aldana
Never heard of Aldana... it's Holmes by Head Kick or Adena by decision...
Aldena Decision

De Castro v Felipe
Really tough to call... both guys are coming off of a loss, neither guy has ever been impressive, both could be cut from the promotion following this fight unless they put on a spectacular performance... cardio is a HUGE issue for both guys but if De Castro can't get it done in round 1, don't expect to see him get it done...
De Castro Rd 1 KO

Julianna Pena v Germaine D Randamie
De Randamie RD 2 Head Kick KO

Kyler Phillips v Cameron Else`
Else, the Englishman, makes his ufc debut... his last two fights were against terrible fighters and that did him no favors...
Phillips Rd 1 KO

Dequan Townsend v Dusko Todorovic
3 straight losses for townsend... hard to say if ufc is throwing him an easy fight or if Todorovic will actually pose a threat... Todorovic hasn't fought in over a year...
Townsend Rd 1 Submission

Carlos Condit v Court McGee
these guys should not be fighting... at least not against people... maybe against early onset dementia... McGee has 6 straight decisions, only 2 in his favor... Condit is on a 5 fight losing streak...
Condit Decision

Charles Jourdain v Joshua Culibao - Jourdain has fought some seasoned fighters and not done spectacularly... Culibao is a young prospect who had a tough ufc debut in february... I think this is his redemption fight... I like Culibao for the upset...
Culibao Rd 1 KO

Jordan Williams v Nassourdine Imavov
Williams is a fresh prospect from the contender series but his opponent, Imavov, has some impressive wins outside of the ufc... odds are close but no one believes this one is going the distance...
Imavov Rd 1 Submission

Lona Lookboonme v Jinh Yu Frey
Frey Decision

Casey Kenney v Heili Alateng
Kenney Decision

Luigi Vendramini v Jessin Ayari
Vendramini is a decision machine... Ayari has a couple straight losses, but they're decisions to respected fighters... I like the upset here...
Ayari KO Rd 1

It's less than 100 degrees today, might be able to get out a bit earlier and catch some prelims.

early pre-lims start in a few minutes...

long night of fights in front of us... 13 fights, 26 fighters, and a good possibility of several decisions...

the earlier fights will definitely be the more exciting of the card... I don't have high hopes for the last 3 fights of the night...

Watched Kasanganay get knocked the fook out by Buckley...

Buckley threw a kick, Kasanganay grabbed his foot, and Buckley jumped up, spun, kicked him in the face and knocked him out cold... while Kasanganay was holding his other foot.

Most amazing knockout I have ever seen in my entire life. Holy sh*t.
