There is a time limit.

Fgm failed. We can’t expect to go any length of time without an500 thread.

Actually we have. There have been numerous times someone different started the new 500 after less than a half hour of some derelicts inactivity. It happened to me a couple times, once by 8track.

This was 3 1/2 hours and a couple hours after someone else finally started one in his place.

If you look you will find your ruling inconsistent with history.

Yes, I have played clean up a few times. I suggested an up to 15 minute delay was acceptable, although I have no jurisdiction. Over 20 minutes?! Not here. Not now.... Not... EVER!

the easiest thing would be for Ray and Spey to arm wrestle for it.

if we go by popular vote we'd be doing a disservice to our small state posters...maybe our small minded posters as well.

Ram's legal research and written opinion (see #21 & 22) has led to overturning tw's lower court rulings as without merit and more nyah nyah than tolerable.
