You can climb a mountain
You can swim the sea
You can jump into the fire
But you'll never be free

You can shake me up
Or I can break you down
Whoa-o-o-o-
Whoa-o-o-o-
We can make each other happy (4X)

You can climb a mountain
You can swim the sea
You can jump into the fire
But you'll never be free

Good morning gents. Just about ready to go for a run. Then an hour of yoga afterwards. Even have my dad and her parents doing a little yoga. We think it's very good for them.

Right now 3 of our friends have the beast. Fortunately milder cases, but as we all know that can change in an instant. We've been dropping food and necessities at their houses once a week.

Happy Tuesday fellas.

Had a glass of Woodford Reserve in the garage and a bowl in a cob. Just opened a can of Sun King SKB IPA. I've only been out the shower 45 minutes or so....

Initially I planned to go straight to bed and do things later today. But I think that's gone out the window.

Relax buddy, you've earned it! ThumpUp

FYI, you data dumps are helping our people at our local hospital where my wife works. I passed them to our lab and nursing staff as a heads up. They hadn't heard that yet. Thank you.

Thanks IZON. They are on total lockdown at the estate. We took away their biometric reader cards. Pissed them off, but they get it. They wanted to come back from our carrebian island, we said ok, but here are the rules you have to abide by. They agreed so we sent our personal. Lear to get them. Fourtunatly the island and all of our eststates have runways.

Just got a call from my neurologist. He isn't seeing anyone live in his office until June 1, but I can see him via telemed real soon. How the F is this going to work when I have a condition that requires physical examination?! Kind of pissed off, but for some branches of medicine (not neurology) this may be the new normal.

Rfenst I’ve had my oncologist do the same thing with no bloodwork. Wtf. I’m doing it though to ask the doc how exactly that is managing my cancer.

Dermatologist (also for the cancer) same thing.

Cardiac rehab same deal but I said no. Not going to pay them for working out in my basement unmonitored.

Cardiologist same deal. I don’t need a you look ok over video visit.

Telehealth has a place but not always. I do get not going in though and this is only a stop gap or best effort.

Honestly... would either of you rather go into a Dr's office?

I sure as hell wouldn't right now.

I've noticed an odd bump on my wrist that's been growing the past month.... It's right where I shattered the joint a few years ago, and I honestly can't tell if it's bone going awry or if I've got a tendon or something that's become inflamed. But I have zero interest in going to a Dr to find out right now. It hasn't f#cked up my stroke and doesn't hurt yet... so it's not "essential". :)

I took an online corona virus test yesterday...

Came back negative but Dr. Feelangraüb ended up needing way more pictures of my spread butt cheeks than I was expecting...

But like I said, negative!

Wife's dental cleaning has been postponed until June per a call this morning. I'm having issues with my left arm since late fall. Kept putting off a Dr. visit and will continue to do so. My dental cleaning is scheduled for April 29 and has not yet been postponed.

Did you see the bump? What do ya think doctor feelangraüb meant when he said that was something "a real doctor" should look at?

When birds first arrive north from the south, where do they sleep the first night?
They don’t have nests yet.

Yep. That’s what is in my head.

Macs,
Glad you are still alive. Celebrating by smoking a Quay D’ Orsay you got for me 6 or so years ago.

Salud!

I always clown you because you don't smoke all the good cigars you have... look who's laughing now... you still have QdO coronas and I smoked all of mine and can't find any to replace them.

Meh... ain't like I don't have suitable replacements. *shrug*

Yeah, I heard Frank’s advice at the VH. Always smoke your best. I look at it differently.

- every time I smoke a lesser cigar, I raise my HVI (Humidor Value Index).
- when I die, my friends get better cigars.
- I’m in Heaven.

Win, win, win.
