Ron is not getting out today. He had some funky Heart issues last night. I’m not sure if afib or not. Looking at med changes.

Sometimes irregular beats aren’t uncommon after surgery, my brother took 2 weeks.

It was expected in my case, to the point that they installed a clamp during the surgery to prevent stroke if in afib. While expected it still gets discouraging when it’s you. The big galoot will be fine. Patience grasshopper.

Better to stay an extra day or two than go home and come back later that day or the next. Ask me how I know.

Ron was told he needs to move around more to clear up his lungs and avoid pneumonia. I told Annie that we’re all still praying and thinking of him and she said they really appreciate it.

Yesterday Annie said he was acting like a baby...that must have convinced the staff it was time for him to go.

A tough 1st night home. Ron had a hard time, didn’t fall asleep till about 3:40-ish, woke up at 6:30. Ate a good breakfast. Got a bath, Annie changed out his dressings and is now fast asleep.

Whaaat? That don't sound like the Frankie I know. But I'll tell ya what... this covid BS and the riots and looting have me ticked off right now. Add no fishing to that and you got one grumpy goombah.

I thought it was an unfavorable stimulus check that sent him to the hospital in the first place... Think
