"NYC is cutting Police $’s by ONE BILLION DOLLARS, and yet the @NYCMayor is going to paint a big, expensive, yellow Black Lives Matter sign on Fifth Avenue, denigrating this luxury Avenue. This will further antagonize New York’s Finest, who LOVE New York & vividly remember the horrible BLM chant, “Pigs In A Blanket, Fry ‘Em Like Bacon”. Maybe our GREAT Police, who have been neutralized and scorned by a mayor who hates & disrespects them, won’t let this symbol of hate be affixed to New York’s greatest street. Spend this money fighting crime instead!"

I seem to recall, almost 19 years ago (which isn't long enough to forget) NYPD running into burning and collapsing buildings saving people. Digging through rubble, covered in dust... to HELP people. I can't say the color of the officers or the people they saved, because it didn't matter then and it doesn't matter now.

Antifa and BLM weren't there. Neither was Al Sharpton. How soon we forget about the heroes of that day... the same ones they hate and want to "defund" now.

The only way to eliminate racism is to eliminate racist and/or segregationist organizations. If a race A wants an equally as races B, C, D, F...., then that race must act like an equal partner. Otherwise, race B....... will never treat race A as an equal.

It's kind of like a crappy marriage. Eventually one spouse gets tired of the other spouse constantly blaming them for their problems. No doubt, that spouse may be a cause of some of the problems, but blamed enough they will circle the wagons and refuse to work towards a mutually beneficial goal. At the end of the day nothing is accomplished and relations are further strained.

As soon as an organization becomes militant in their efforts, and only a liar or a fool would say BLM hasn't, then they are a symbol of hate.

Tearing down statues is hate.
Attacking people who display "all lives matter" signs is hate.
