I am glad I don't live near Victor. He is either under caffeinated or on a shooting spree.

My lot closed on Monday evening, usually get a summary of my order on Tuesday, and shipping confirmation on Wednesday morning on my orders. So far, nothing.

No problem, Cigarbid. Hope you are doing okay. I have a high level of confidence my rider will be fulfilled in good time and with excellence.

Did you hit up Celtic?

Well, not till I try making cold brew.... or apply for a gun. Whichever finishes first.

Pork belly burnt ends on the smoker. Felt like cooking... plus since it's gonna be 102 today, using less charcoal. HA!

Walked from 0710 to about 0850. I left it was 68 degrees... got home it was 76 and now it's already 88.

Temp is somewhere between 115 and 117 depending on which source I look at. Does it really matter?

Wife made lobster rolls for lunch. Yum!

The gun shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes from the time you pick it out till you're walking to your car.

Cold here today. Think it got up to only 75. Nice break after several consecutive weeks of 90+. But it sure feels chilly. I like the heat.

Smoking a small chunk of salmon today.

Salmon done. Too salty. Forgot the sugar in my brine.

Once mixed into some hash browns and topped with an egg it'll be fine.

Camping tomorrow till Wed. Packed the camper and tested the lights n brakes. Nothing works. Had it working when I left Michigan, but now nothings working again. I'm done. This things going up for sale cheap. Needs to get gone.

Dad says use his truck and camper. Will do.

Okay slackers, show daddy what you can do! This 500 needs to disappear fast. The Pm's stopped for a few days and now they are rolling in again. I want to see some good meaningless 1 or 2 word posts like back in the old days. Let's see how fast we can get this to 500!

So... cold brew status at 50 hrs. It's pretty good now. Color hasn't improved but the taste is good.

Not gonna try to make it this time again tho, takes too long.

I'll see how much the process was slowed down by the ice cubes on the next batch and just do a refrigerator steep.

I think Al has social distanced less than you, and - based on his invite to you - is at least 1 step further ahead in the plan than you are....

Haha!

Nothing like drawing more attention to yourself by posting that you don’t want attention drawn to you! RollEyes

And what makes you think that the “winner” of this 500 won’t create a title to the new 500 to point attention to you? Laugh

Man, you’re screwed! whip

Not sure about that but from what I heard, his wife is Jewish. Boo hoo!

I know it’s a term of endearment but living here in Hawaii, I don’t fully understand why it’s such a big deal. Or does he get something “special” on Christmas night? Think

Just got an email saying the boys school is only doing online to start.

Most of my crew's schools are offering either option. Though one had a bog teleconference to learn "they haven't decided how to conduct the school year yet"

What have they been doing all this time?
