Great to see you recognized for all of your hard work to resolve customer order processing, shipping delays, mis-shipments, untaped/ damaged boxes, etc.

Escalated Service Request Manager - man, that’s got a nice ring to it! Applause

Dunno how you do it considering you have a full-time job, family (including a Jewish wife), love to read and moderate the weekly VHerfs! You are one busy guy but so generous of your “spare” time that you help CBid customers.

I’ll be stepping up my efforts to get you nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize.









Oh, and don’t forget to send everyone a celebratory cigar...any one of your Opus X cigars will be fine.
