Not his company, he's a private contractor... he has been brought on to specifically deal with the damage....

Send him a pm with your order info, name, pics of your invoice if you have it, and he'll square you away.... the procedure doesn't fail, people fail the procedure... do what you're supposed to do and you'll get what you want...
