I recently had an issue with my card yesterday so the order didn’t go through they tried twice and I corrected it first thing in the morning. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone to let them know but I just keep waiting on hold. Will they try to charge my card again or what do I do?

Secondly, Wait on hold... for a long time... they will pick up... eventually.

Finally, hope it all works out in your favor.



If all else fails, PM CelticBomber.

He helps out with order issues, just give him the order number and he will get this squared away.

I wouldn’t necessarily call this place “hostile.” Shame on you

For sure a lot of the members like to test the resolve of newbies but ultimately when they know you’re a good egg, things calm down. Kinda like meeting your older cousin for the first time. You don’t know him, he doesn’t know you. Your older and wiser(?) cousin, once initial pleasantries have been exchanged, tests to see what kind of person you are. Are you worthy of his time and efforts? Are you gonna snitch to his or your Mom if he gets you in trouble? Etc., etc. Once you “prove” yourself, he takes you to the secret hangout, introduces you to all his friends and you two become lifelong buddies.

Maybe.

I actually left CBid Customer Service after CelticBomber got the promotion over me. And then he acted all high and mighty, schlepping his work off on me while he jacked it in corner.....I had enough when he sent me the video....
