A WEEK after winning g 5 auction order is still"PROCESSING" and customer service is not responding to emails. Time to switch allegiance to CIGARS.COM, maybe...????

If customer service hasn't responded, best advice is to PM CelticBomber. He is the forum's customer service liaison for CigarBid. He generally helps when things get REALLY bogged down in customer service, and is usually very quick to respond and reconcile situations like you are experiencing.
