Now our whole valley is on fire.

Level 3 evacuations.

Lots of people losing everything today, planes dropping retardant in city limits.

I’ll be working all night relocating displaced patients, working on a 6 shot mocha as I type.

So that turns out to not be the culprit it was a downed power line near a hemp farm in Ashland caused by high wind.

There’s fire everywhere.....it’s crazy, I’ve had an earbud in my ear listening to the scanner non stop for hours.

One of our hospitals is now on notice to evacuate.

I-5 was opened up.

My dads house is gone. Phoenix is bad but the neighboring town of Talent looks like hell quite literally, I never thought I’d see a whole town in this valley gone.

Start picking up pieces tomorrow.......

Everyone’s alive so I’m ok, appreciate everyone.

Fires aren’t over yet.....a side note, arrests were made (7) last night not all of this was natural. Hoping we don’t get too many hotheads and that the truth comes out. Something similar but MUCH smaller in scale happened in Ashland about 4 years ago and the arsonists name was mentioned once, not even trial updates on the news or in the paper until sentencing.

Drafter fires out Hwy 199 you can’t get past Wonder.....

New fire down the road from work appears to be a reigniting of some of the firebugs work from last night. People in hotels that no longer have homes are evacuating hotels now.

Three separate confirmed incidents here last night, one in Phoenix was a psycho transient, 3 people together in Medford firing flare guns, and one in Medford held at gun point by an elderly man until cops took him into custody (elder man lost the home).

Some of the rumors seem far fetched but hard to say “no way”.

Quite a conflagration of stuff at once.

Work is still standing.......so I’m at work today helping our patients relocate and getting equipment here. Supply chain was already strained allegedly from COVID (I say alleged because were number 1 in the US and referrals are down 66% industry wide). It’s a mess, talked to a gal yesterday in Reno calling for her sister who refuses to evacuate.....tough times.

I have my basic needs covered. Prayers are appreciated because we’re not out of it.....those can see me on the MyBookface saw the map of Oregon. It’s no joke. Air quality is a secondary issue to life but it’s down to about 3!4 of a mile.

Wish Kevin was still with us to perform a Big Chief rain dance.

Much love y’all gotta go back to work.
