Received Wrong Shipment.

Help needed.....

I received my shipment on Monday and it did not contain what I had ordered. I've waited on hold for hours (before giving up) and sent in two emails (Monday & Tuesday) both unanswered.

What do you suggest? I really don't want to dispute the credit card charge. But, I don't know what else to do.

You need to PM Celticbomber he is the official customer service liaison. He’ll get you taken care of.

The other option is calling Dave he is the actual owner of CBid and he also likes to take care of long time forum members here when something goes wrong.
