One some cigars and lighters last month, items shipped on and were supposed to arrive Sept 1st. Was notified by UPS that the package was damage and was being returned to the business. I have opened help requests and called multiple times. I am presently out 242$. Anyone have any idea how to get someone to respond?

To all that have problems with Cbid and wish to post about it here, please note:

-Yes, you may be on hold for 2+ hours to Customer Service, everyone knows, posting here won't fix it.

-Some orders have been messed up with missing cigars, everyone knows, posting here won,t fix it.

-Some orders have been messed up with the wrong cigars, everyone knows, posting here won't fix it.

-Some orders have been messed up, never shipped, everyone knows, posting here won't fix it.

-Some orders have had poor packaging and damaged or dried out cigars, everyone knows, posting here won't fix it.

-Some orders are eventually shipped but are taking forever, everyone knows, posting here won't fix it.

-Cbid not responding to emails, everyone knows, posting here won't fix it.

-Cbid not responding to customer support requests via the website, everyone knows, posting here won't fix it.

-If you do a search before posting, you will find out that everyone knows, posting here won't fix it.

-Oh yeah, almost forgot, some people overbid! Everyone knows....

-Whatever your issue is, Cbid is not reading or responding to the posts in this forum, so whether Cbid knows or not, posting here won't fix it.

I didn’t order any cigars and they delivered two boxes to me.

I forgive them.

No further action is requested or required.

Seriously how the heck does that happen!? That’s just basic incompetence with online shopping.

Maybe they should order some soap from Bath & Body Works first to learn how it is done before diving into cigar auctions.

In all seriousness, Bath & Body Works foaming hand soap is the BOMB! I remember back in March/April when the pandemic was ramping up, we ordered 12 bottles of hand soap and 8 little bottles of hand sanitizer online from them, and it took about 3 weeks to be delivered. But it was worth it. And we completely understood the increased time it took to get them, because.....PANDEMIC!

You need to get the CelticBomber Express Card. Don’t leave home without it.

Brick wall I won an auction and the system would not let me pay for the item. It's been over a week since the auction closed and still cannot pay for the item. I have e-mailed twice asking for assistance with my lot order, and spend over an hour on hold on their 800 "customer service" line. Sorry No Customer service provide here.
