Account - which has nothing to do with me

Received a welcome email and notification that I win the bid. ram27bat
Surprise - I never even heard of this website - and since this happened right after I was online shopping and despite my better judgment this time I did not use paypal I went with card < i jump on computer right away to try and stop anything before damage occurs - so acting quickly, come to the website, click on forget password, logged in.
Printed all the account info - which has nothing to do with me and I'm sorry but what kind of website does not let you delete account, cc info ..etc etc???? Wrote an email to contact us - to resolve this very quickly. I did not open an account here, I did not bid on any auction, I am not Marcos Padilla as the account show, I do not live on the shipping address showing in the account info. This is not my account.
I need this account closed immediately.

But, highly unlikely that Customer Service will see this. They've been so swamped with other issues that they don't have time to even monitor this forum.

Have you changed the password, and shipping address and cancelled the credit card?

Your card won't be charged until they prepare your order for shipping so if you change your billing info before then you can circumvent the charges.

With that said, I set up the account for weekly shipping on Mondays. Can you PM me the new password? I'd like to bid on more items today to minimize shipping costs in preparation for tomorrow's shipping. I'm looking to help you save money and I can't do so if I can't get back into the account.
