I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for two weeks as I updated my credit card information incorrectly and cannot get my orders processed. I have called at least ten times and have spent HOURS on hold without anyone answering. Does anyone have any other way to get a hold of these people besides the 1-800 number???

Please help!

call 888-388-2683 and make sure you dial the number correctly.

I too need help and they never answer. Phone or emails. I think I am going to contact my CC company and dispute the charges. Maybe this will cause them to call.
