Unfortunately that is very typical with this company. I never received an order. It has taken me an entire month, numerous emails regarding the order, and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get a response. They are now “investigating” the order and we’ll see what happens but, to date, they happily took my hundred bucks but not happily sent the cigars.
