The wall is nearly done. Please fact check me but I believe it's about 400 miles to date.
Ok 10 things off the top of my head
Ended Iran deal
Embassy in Jerusalem
Peace deals between Isreal & UAE, BAHRAIN, SUDAN - more are in line
3 constitutionally conservative judges on scotus
Over 300 on lower courts
Ended the NAFTA and TPP rip off deals
Highest employment and wage increase for the lowest & minority wage earners
Lifted more off welfare and food stamps then anyone ever
Destroyed the isis caliphate
Highest increase in pay for armed forces
Our military now has ammo (and is now strong again to say the least)
Drug prices DRASTICALLY reduced
Quickly closed the border to China after the plague was released by China
Manufacturing is returning to America
Foreign wealth is being brought home from off shore accounts
SPACE FORCE
Aborted fetuses are no longer being sold
Religious liberty preserved

Wall was never intended for the whole border. Lots of natural barriers. Maybe you've heard of one ?

The Rio Grande only covers 889 miles of the border and no one has ever just swam across it to get into the US illegally. Sarcasm
Also Mexico didn't pay for an inch of the wall(s).
