Hello first time poster here,

noticed that they have a serious issue at repliing or picking up the phone. My order not only has vanished but doesn't exist in the database here, but it's in my email with confirmations. So no idea what is going on, it's been two weeks, also on top of that another odd issue, anytime i make a new customer service email, they just disappear, it's nowhere to be seen. So either it's not registering or something.

Anyone know how to fix this? Or should I just stop bothering.

If they haven’t charged your credit card yet, I’d say just forget about it. CS has been stretched thin and they haven’t been able to address most issues in a timely fashion.

Try 1-800-832-1901, it’s a direct line to CS

We need a Frankj1 cardboard cutout of you. Life sized of course. If a forum user has not posted in over a year, the cutout repeats the same message to them upon log in.

The OGs here would likely carve a hole in the cutout's mouth and do dirty things to it, but it would still probably help chastise the complainers.

It’s ridiculous, I agree. I’m now into a second go-round with trying to find remedy for a fucked up order - and once again no phone or email correspondence from this outfit.
In-time it’s a call to the credit card co. and a disputed charge - which sucks for everyone, but is the endgame option.

Funny enough was not even receiving any updates or notifications for this thread, go figure.

Well no reply, thought ok maybe some actual issue. Did a second round, that too didn't process, it actually says 'processing' has been a week. Seems this site has more issues than quality cigars. Oh well, shall wait it out. Thank you for feedback.

You seem like a good egg jaffry, so I’ll let you in on a little secret here the old timers know. The owner of CBid is named Dave and he loves helping the long time members here when we (non Platinum Members™️) run into issues such as yours. Call (214) 914-3337 9-5 central time and ask for Dave, tell Dave jaderose from the cbid forum is your buddy, and he’ll get you straightened out in no time.
